Crafty me craft fair is extensively promoted across social media, showcased on 100+ posters in and around the vicinity. Additionally, we're promoted on Eventbrite and bookastall every month. Twenty thousand leaflets are purchased each January and are being distributed in the area, if you'd like some for your own street, feel free to inquire.
Stalls with similar products are limited, but as with all craft fairs there may be stalls similar to your own.
Costs are
£15.00 for a 4ft table
£30.00 for an 8ft table
£45.00 for 12ft table
Table(s) and chairs are provided.
If you have any special requirements such as a power socket (Limited availability with 8ft tables only) please inform us at the time of booking and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Tea and coffee are available for £1 and there are vending machines onsite. However, there are normally a variety of delicious sweet treats available from our stallholders.
To book a stall please use the "book a table now" button at the top of this page, specify your intended products, and we'll provide payment details, payment due within 7 days of acceptance, please do not apply if you cannot pay within this time frame, your space will be offered to the next in line on day 8.

Terms and Conditions
Please insure you have current public liability insurance and display it on your table. I recommend Axis artist’s insurance at £25 a year, However, please check that this provides the correct level and type of insurance you need. https://www.axisweb.org/join-axis/
Food sellers please have your relevant food safety certificate on display.
Wax melt and candle sellers are to have all ingredients and safety labels on the products.
All bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Set up begins at 10 am, please do not enter the hall before this time to allow us to set the tables out.
Please kindly refrain from packing up before 3 pm as this is not fair on the general public arriving towards the end of the day, those that do, may not be invited to return.
Free parking and WiFi are available.

We promote all our events locally in local publications, posters and banners in busy places and distributing 20,000 flyers per year. We encourage you to share the event details on your social media accounts. This helps to promote your business and each event to as many people as possible.
